| maybe the screen is to big. On the top right corner if you see a small box click it, either that or the picture isn't saved as a .PNG |

| You can change the view to a percentage near 100 .

no none of them are right or wrong actually
its one of 2 things
the screen is on big
or ur cpu is messed up so u cant take snapshots or pics anymore that happend to my gmas cpu... she dont use it but i do |
