What are these animals called?

So last Thursday me and my partner finally started our beach cleanup project, and we found this round thing with these small animals, I think some type of mollusks, on it.

I saw these several times before and they stick to all sorts of objects. I have no idea what these are though.

Anyone have any ideas? We have to do a PowerPoint or poster presentation and it would be nice to have a caption with the animal's name.

My best guess would be like barnacle???

Maybe they're just a type of Mollusk like you said? Like, Maybe they don't have a specific name?

Thanks, I googled barnacles and found a picture with the name. They're called Goose Barnacles. c:
