Blood

Well okay. I'm kinda worried right now.
Earlier today I was coughing and I was trying to get stuff outta my throat. Then when I spit my saliva out, there was blood. Not a lot, not a tiny bit, just a little/some. Also I don't know them but I feel as if I'm coughing blood everytime I cough and try to get mucus out.
Is there something wrong? I'm also sick ATM.

Hmmm I don't know whats wrong. I do remember someone making a topic about them throwing up blood, though. Take medicine, go to the doctors, and try your best to stay better. I hope you feel better soon!

I suggest telling your parents and maybe go to a doctor to gt it checked out because coughing up blood probably isn't good lol

You might have strained your throat too much by coughing a lot. Have you been coughing a lot and very harshly? If so, that's most likely why - when you cough you strain your throat. It's probably not a big deal, but if you feel it could be something serious then you should go to the doctor.

I have been coughing a lot, but not very harshly. Sometimes a bit hard, sometimes just a medium cough, sometimes a soft cough. That could be the solution.

^Try to drink some water and get some rest. That happened to me once when I was sick. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom, and I coughed up some blood. I drank some water and took a nap then I was fine afterwards.

I've had this before. You've gotten strep throat. Go to the doctors to get some prescription medicine.

@Nya: That could also be it. We might be going to the doctors tomorrow, if it gets worse but if I heal, then we won't be. Edit: I actually have no strep throat.
The most common symptoms of strep throat are:
A sudden, severe sore throat.
Pain when you swallow.
Fever over 101°F (38.3°C).
Swollen tonsils and lymph nodes.
White or yellow spots on the back of a bright red throat.
Even though its only common, I have none of those, so I'm inferring that I don't have strep throat. Thanks though! And thanks everyone else too.: )
