so i made my own forum but when i logged in it says i was only a moderator. also, i tried changing my account details but it says i can't subscribe to the forum and that i needed to contact that admin, but i was the admin! what do i do?

You need to change the minimum age of people on the forum which can be done on the admin panel. (the link at the bottom)
