| Try taking some medication. If it's not gone in a few days, get a parent or guardian to take you to the doctor for prescription medication. | |

| Do you have a tissue? Try blowing your nose a lot i mean a LOT! Also get some cold medicine. Make sure to have some kind of broth or chicken soup. Something like that. Also sometimes sleeping helps (breath through your mouth of course lol) I have a cold too (or maybe just allergies cuz this happens every year. Also when i go to church i get a stuffy nose) | |

| When I was young I used something called vapo-rub (or something) to clear my sinuses. Maybe you could try that?
Otherwise, stay in bed or somewhere comfortable eat chicken noodle soup, get some tissues and relax | |

| Sorry to hear that. :c When I have that, I just lay down and have a heat pad on me (if you don't have a heat pad, a rag dumped in warm water should do just fine) and rest. Try to eat/drink warm things, like a warm soup or a warm drink like tea. Or you could just wait it out if those options don't really suit you. Feel better soon, friend.  | |
