Help!!

Calling all tumblr users! i used to have an art inspiration blog, but I want to change it up and make it a humor/cute blog. Ive already updated the theme a bit... But I need help with a new url! Right now my blog is Inspiring-Lenka.. But I want to change it... Idk I need help coming up with a new name ;-;
I like doctor who, cats, Sherlock, merlin, aa way too many things to list...


ALSO. I need advice! I have under 40 followers and I kinda want more. Any tips on getting followed?

i cant really help with the url (the best url i've probably thought up was either tedpundy or anthonyhotkins and that's rlly sad ok), bUt if u want to get followed just make sure to interact a lot! follow people, talk to them, post original content of yours (and always make sure to tag it!)
clever urls usually do help in the long run (with my old bowie blog which reached 900+ followers wHIch isn't exactly a lot but was a lot for me like, 99.9% of my followers were because of url ok,,,)

maybe try using a cat pun? idk man all of my urls are l4m333

and as for the tags, there should be a box on the side of your post/reblog area (near the bottom right, if i remember correctly) that says 'tags-use spaces between tags' and you just put your tags there. it's pretty self-explanatory once you find it.

I suggest you follow blogs that follow back. That's a good way too get followers.

you should talk with a lot more tumblr users that have the same interest as you!! there are a lot of fab users out there, or you tag your posts.
another great way is to post original things such as graphics, art, or themes.

also, i'm not that good at coding, so i can't really help you with that subject.

Maybe you can change it into a multi-fandom/personal blog or keep it separate. Most people get followers from doing art, graphics, gifs, edits, funny one-liners, comics, making posts about your fandom, etc. It's an easy way to transition into the fandom tag. I personally find the follow for follow thing really stupid. (No offense to those who don't.) Why would you follow someone who posts nothing you like or have in common? They'd simply spam your dashboard. It really depends, some people don't like it if you reblog other things when they specifically followed you for a certain fandom but most people generally don't care as long as you still reblog some things every so often. Also, I wouldn't worry too much about gaining followers and what not, it's not really a competition but more like people who share the same interests in your circle.
