Last night was the first time in a while where I was crying myself to sleep, because my anxiety got the best of me. I have a disorder of mild anxiety. It may be mild, but it’s tough to deal with.
So… what made me go over my “anxiety edge”?
My dad knows how much time I spend on the internet, so he tries to make me spend some time with him. Even if it’s something simple like watching a movie together. So he made me watch “It’s A Wonderful Life” with him on the TV. It was on until 11 at night, and I know I wasn’t going to stay up that long.
About halfway through the movie, I was starting to fall asleep, so I told him I was going to bed. This made him explode. He started yelling at me saying, “No! You are staying down here and watching this whole thing!” We were arguing for a few minutes until I stormed upstairs. I didn’t want to deal with him. But I didn’t understand why he wouldn’t let me go to bed.
He didn’t even say good night to me when he sent my brother to bed when the movie was over.
I was already dealing with other problems with my mom having these terrible mood swings.
And being sick from a sore throat with a bad cough, I was having a bad day from the start.

| Awwwww I feel bad for you  You are not alone but maybe you can talk with your parents about how you feel or try to let them find out themselves by leaving a topic like this in a place you parents can see it all. ( If they are the nosy kind ) | |

| Yeah I like go all angry over my sister because she has learning difficulties and how I can't speak to her and play.i get mood swings as well vanellope.... | |
