I finally had a lucid dream

Well in that topic I said how I really wanted a lucid dream (sleep paralysis). I actually had a small lucid dream. The first time I had one was only lucid for 10 seconds and I could not control my dream, I just knew I was in one. I had another, and I could do more for about half of my dream before I forgot it was lucid. I am actually scared to have another from reading things online about people who have lucid dreams every night and can't tell if they are still dreaming or not. I already know how to tell if I am still dreaming but some people wake up from their dream and are still dreaming...It just scares me.  Has anyone else had sleep paralysis/lucid dreams?

i havent had any lucid dreams but i think it would be a cool idea to keep a diary and pen by your bed so u can record what happened in your dream.
